New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) is leading the State of New Mexico’s COVID-19 Vaccination Preparedness Planning in close collaboration with other state agencies, public, private and tribal partners throughout the state.


Do you want to register for your COVID-19 Vaccine? Please go to to register with the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH). When vaccine is available, NMDOH will send you a notification to schedule your appointment.


Users who have questions or would like support with the registration process – including New Mexicans who do not have internet access – can dial 1-855-600-3453, press option 0 for vaccine questions, and then option 4 for tech support. 

Pre-register for a COVID-19 Test


Register now using the New Mexico Department of Health online registration tool to receive a test or immunization at one of our various locations throughout the state. It’s important to get tested if you think you have COVID-19.

Take a COVID Test from Home


New Mexico and Vault Medical Services have teamed up to offer at-home COVID-19 saliva testing for any person who believes they need to be tested, with or without symptoms, at no cost.


* Order Your Test

* Log on for a virtual visit with Vault test supervisor (Do Not eat, drink, smoke or chew anything for 30 minutes before your testing session.

* Ship your sample to the lab using prepaid UPS package

* Ger your result 24 to 48 hours after your sample arrives at the lab.
